About

Mandus Group LLC was established on the principles of innovative engineering, quality manufacturing and standardized processes; a foundation that allows us to provide the best products in the industry at competitive prices. Our engineers are in tune with the needs voiced by our customers and go about developing products that add value to their operations. Each of our initial offerings, the KJ1000 Nitrogen Intensifier and the KJ4000 Oil Transfer System, have proven very successful in assisting government agencies to reduce maintenance time and expense on equipment using high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic oil.

At this time we are launching several new product lines that will expand our company to better serve our growing customer base. The MG1100 Nitrogen Generator, which extracts nitrogen from the atmosphere and boosts it to 2500 psi, has been a big hit with the U.S. Army and Marine Corps as well as well as the Canadian Army. This product was also re-engineered to a vertical configuration at the U.S. Army’s request so it could be included in the new FMM3 Fire Extinguishing Replenishment System.

When it comes to innovation, our design/build team responded to the Army’s request for a new Hydraulic System Test and Repair Unit (HSTRU) winning a contract to provide this mobile maintenance support system in a free and open competition. The Mandus Group team went from concept to prototype in a record 120 days and has received numerous accolades from the field for its efficient design and durability.

howitzer_w_groupWe tackled the problem of contaminated hydraulics head-on with our MG7000 Hose, Tube and Pipe Cleaning Kit. A simple blast of air provided by MG7000 Hand Launcher propels a foam projectile the length of any compatible hose, tube or pipe assembly cleaning it to an ISO 13/10 cleanliness level. Applying this technology to gun barrels, saves the operator hours of elbow grease by cleaning a barrel in seconds as opposed to minutes or hours. The MG4500 Mini Oil Transfer Unit was designed as a more productive alternative to the M3 Oil Pump while maintaining portability and ease of operation comparable to the KJ4000.

Mandus Group is currently expanding its capabilities in its core business area of artillery life cycle support with the initiation of its public/private partnership with the Rock Island Arsenal. This partnership forms a center of excellence in artillery manufacturing and support services that is unmatched in technical expertise and capability. Primarily supporting the U.S. Army and Marine Corps in the past, this partnership is now expanding its market by offering its services to customers worldwide.
